About the Artist

Jared Morgan is a Mixed Media artist based in Louisville, KY, with deep roots in Central Texas and the West Coast. Their meditative works explore the visionary realms that lie beneath the surface of everyday life. As a priest of the Anderson Feri Tradition, they draw inspiration from the deep wells of folk magic traditions and decades of personal lore. They work with these as inspiration to create organic pieces with layered movement and meaning.

About the Work

These Mixed Media works delve into a years-long  exploration of visionary realms, hidden beneath the surface of our everyday existence. They reflect a dance between a higher-Self and the animate world. By weaving the celestial and chthonic into a dialogue within the human experience, my artworks pulsate with a complex life-force all their own. Each invites viewers into a meditative state to directly encounter the infinitely unfolding narratives within.
